Organizational Structure
Over the past fifteen years, Tirgan Organization has tried several organizational structures in order to be able to deliver certain activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization.
Our charity is governed by 28 trustee boards members who select 9 board of directors members every two years in order to adopt the organization bylaw, and make operational decisions.
