Why Volunteer?
Tirgan is a volunteer-led festival. Each Tirgan Festival is built upon the support of over 300+ volunteers and has been carried for two decades by people who came as strangers and left as a community.
As volunteers, you shape the festival, run the logistics, welcome the guests, and tell the story. In return, you receive training, structure, recognition, access to artists and speakers, leadership opportunities, mentorship, and the experience of helping build something that hasn't existed before.
