Neda Seyedi

Neda Seyedi is a 23- year-old Iranian vocal artist, born and raised in Germany. Her parents are originally from the city of Mashhad in northeast Iran.

Her love of music and singing led her to starting her own band, together with 17 other schoolmates, which held charity concerts for various social causes every year, ,

This year she was a contestant on Manoto TV’s Googoosh Music Academy, a popular voice competition for selected aspiring Iranian singers, and she made it to the final.

She believes Iranian music needs more innovative styles, and she performed her own unique musical style, a fusion of Jazz/Rock and Pop, at the competition.

Known for her positive energy and powerful vocals, it is important for Neda to tell the audience her own story through her music.

Not being able to imagine a life without music, the young artist has been quoted to say: “Music was my first love and it will be my last; to live without music would be impossible in a world full of crisis. My music pulls me through it all.”
