Ali Pajooheshgar

Ali Pajooheshgar, a prominent oud player, received his BA and MA in music from the Art University in Tehran and directed and composed for Nariman Ensemble for many years. Pajooheshgar composed and recorded many albums including Wanderer, Fantasy of Tombak, and Souratgar. His recent project, Pir‑e Changi, is a storytelling on the poetry of Rumi and has been performed at UC Irvine and the Skirball Cultural Center.
