storytelling is one of the greatest ways of language learning.
It has a long history of being used as a powerful tool for vocabulary learning and adding new words into the conscious mind of children.
Wise Moose Cultural Centre uses the rich culture of Iranian tales, the inspiration prompted by their simplicity and their ability to provide a culturally contextualized experience, as a simple yet functional method to connect children to their cultural roots and help them not forget their mother tongue.
Telling stories from ancient Persian literature will enhance chidren's cultural knowledge and speaking skills, and speeds up the learning process.
Nazy Entezari will tell ancient Persian stories in this workshop, showing an animation about the stories behind the seven Haftsin items on the table. These seven items will turn into cartoons and speak with the children about their symbolization.
