Negar Saberi

Negar Saberi started classes with Vancouver Pars National Ballet (VPNB) in 1998, while also taking ballet and modern dance classes for a few years. She has also taken belly dancing classes in the past and most recently started taking Latin dancing. She has been performing since she was 8 years old, which amounts to over 20 years! Her favourite folk dance is Kordi.
Saberi loves Iranian folk dancing because it has helped her connect to her heritage and cultural roots. As a result, she has gained more knowledge and appreciation for Iranian traditions.
