Vendor Application – Nowruz 2020

Nowruz Spring Festival 2020 is currently accepting applications for the opportunity to secure a booth in the upcoming Nowruz Spring Festival Food and Market Vendors taking place.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Selection criteria are based on appropriateness to the festival mission, development of a diverse marketplace, and adherence to the regulations set by the province, city, venue partner, and Tirgan Vendor Committee. Below you can see a list of merchandise that was offered at our previous festivals

  • Jewellery
  • Clothing / Textiles
  • Accessories
  • Artwork
  • Glass
  • Books
  • Household Items
  • Music instruments
  • Rugs
  • Prepared Foods

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Vendor must submit the completed application package along with full payment in advance in order to be considered by Vendor committee.
  2. All the applications will be review by Festival Vendor committee and the selected applicant will be informed by email on Monday February 24, 2020.
  3. Vendor must submit the completed application package.

 

SELECTION PROCESS:

After reviewing all applications, the Tirgan Vendor Committee will notify selected applicants in writing. An invoice will be provided to the selected vendors along with further instructions.

RENTAL FEE

1. Food Vender
a.       Location: Center bar
b.      Rental Fee :  $2,500 + 20%  sales

2.       Tea House Vendor
a.       Location #1: Fist Floor
b.      Rental Fee: $1,000 + 20%  sales
c.       Location # 2: Second Floor
d.      Rental Fee: $1,000 + 20%  sales

3.       Food Truck Vendor
a.       Location: Main Entrance
b.      Rental Fee: $1,000

4.       Pastry Vendor
a.       Location: Second-floor
b.      Rental Fee: $2,250

5.       Market Vendor
a.       Location: Second-floor
b.      Rental: $1,000

All the cheques should be payable to “Tirgan “no later than Feb 10, 2020
