Tirgan Nowruz Festival is currently accepting applications for the opportunity to secure a booth in the upcoming Nowruz Festival food and craft vendor and exhibitor marketplace taking place from March 9th to March 10th.
The primary site for the festival will be Toronto Centre for the Arts facilities with over a 20,000+ festival goers expected to visit; this presents a rare and unique opportunity where your products will receive excellent exposure.

Final Vendors: Feb 9, 2019
Fees:
- Restaurant booth: 3000 CAD [A deposit fee of 1500 CAD (refundable only if not selected) upon submitting application and a post-dated cheque in the amount of 1500 CAD dated no later than Feb 20, 2019]
- Pastry booth: 2000 CAD [A deposit fee of 1000 CAD (refundable only if not selected) upon submitting application and a post-dated cheque in the amount of 1000 CAD dated no later than Feb 20, 2019]
- Market booth: 800 CAD [A deposit fee of 800 CAD (refundable only if not selected) upon submitting application]
**please note that all deposit cheques are non–refundable upon application withdrawal.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Selection criteria are based on appropriateness to the festival mission, development of a diverse marketplace, and adherence to the regulations set by the province, city, Tirgan Vendor Committee and Toronto Centre for the Arts Vendor Committee.
SELECTION PROCESS:
After reviewing all applications, the Vendor Committee will notify selected applicants in writing. An invoice will be provided to the selected vendors along with further instructions.
