This workshop aims to introduce kids to theatre, acting and story telling while increasing their levels of self confidence, creativity, imagination and problem solving capabilities.
The workshop will start with a few minutes of vocal and body warm up. Then, the play “Kadu Ghel Ghel-e Zan” (The Rolling Pumpkin), based on the famous children’s story by the same name will be read, in sections, to the kids in Persian. Participants will be asked to repeat the story and then pick their favourite role to play. The last 15 minutes of the workshop will be spent with the kids performing the play.
