American-Iranian Chef Ariana Bundy is a TV Chef and cookbook author of 'Pomegranates & Roses: My Persian family Recipes' (Simon & Schuster UK) and 'Sweet Alternative' (Conran-Octopus UK). In her cooking demonstration she will share some of her top Persian recipes from her Pomegranates and Roses cookbook. Ariana shows us how to cut corners and find shortcuts making these ancient recipes all the while using only natural fresh ingredients and less oil than traditionally used.
