Tirgan in the World
Yes, Tirgan is going around the world. Where's our first stop? You'll have to come back next month for that — not because we don't know, but because we're still finalising it, and we don't make promises we can't keep yet. It is coming.
Twenty years in Toronto. More than a million people through the gates. Around five thousand volunteers, most of whom arrived the same way — looking for friends, or a way back to their roots, or somewhere to feel a little less misplaced. Looking for home. And they never got around to leaving.
Tirgan now runs from two hubs: Toronto, and a second in the United States through Friends of Tirgan USA, a registered 501(c)(3). Two countries, one organisation, one pattern continuing.
