Khale Sooske, directed by Shahrokh Moshkin Ghalam and starring Boshra Dastournezhad, Parya Tahsini, Leyla Shamshiri-Rad, and one of the world’s foremost Iranian Tombak players, Pedram Khavarzamini is the featured theatrical production premiering in Canada in Tirgan Nowruz Festival. Khale Sooske is a free adaptation of Bijan Mofid’s musical drama masterpiece Shahr-e Ghesseh.

In this production Shahrokh Moshkin Ghalam takes a humorous and playful approach to storytelling and brings to life a modern rendition of a beloved classic.
